Producer,
Technical Director, Production Manager, Stage Manager, Publisher, Writer,
Researcher, Musician, Collage Artist, Sculptor, Photographer.
Ross started out as a musician, playing with his dixieland band, and a MOR rock band in the 70s until all the clubs turned into discoteques. So he did a single act for a number of years.
His later career activities have ranged
from Researcher on television game shows to Stage Manager of the Vancouver
Symphony, Production Manager on the VSO's Summer Series, installing them
up mountains and other outdoor venues, and onward to the Burnaby Blues
Fest, Technical Director of MusicFest Vancouver, and Director pf Programming and Production of CelticFest Vancouver.
Ross' love of writing is apparent in the 'Where To Walk Your
Dog' guide book project. He approaches the text with a personal point of
view that delights and interests readers, so that this book becomes much
more than just a 'reference guide'.
